Shipping Protection Protect your order against loss, damage, or carrier-related issues during transit. If your protected order is lost or arrives damaged, we'll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund in accordance with our Shipping Protection policy. Covered: ✅ Packages lost in transit. ✅ Items damaged during shipping. ✅ Packages marked as delivered but not received (after reasonable verification). ✅ Missing items caused by carrier mishandling. Not covered: ❌ Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer. ❌ Packages forwarded or redirected after shipment. ❌ Theft where there is evidence the package was delivered to a secure location (unless you choose to cover porch piracy). ❌ Cosmetic damage to the shipping box if the product itself is undamaged. ❌ Claims submitted after your claim window (for example, 30 days after delivery). Claim process Customer contacts you within 30 days. Provides their order number and photos (for damage) or a description of the issue. We review the claim. If approved, we will either: Send a replacement, or Issue a refund (or store credit, if that's your policy).
