Produced from 100% Nebbiolo sourced from estate vineyards in Barolo and selected vineyards in La Morra, Cascina Ferrero follows the traditional Barolo practice of blending fruit from different sites to achieve greater complexity and balance. The wine is aged for a minimum of 36 months, including at least 24 months in oak, developing classic aromas of dried rose, plum, tobacco, licorice, cocoa and spice. The palate is full and warm yet harmonious, with polished Nebbiolo tannins and a long, savory finish.
