Jorge Rojas Washed Chiroso

This Chiroso was selected at origin by Chase and Micah. After discovering coffees they loved, we purchased, vacuum-sealed, then air-freighted them to our door in Santa Fe; preserving the farm-fresh quality and making this coffee one of the freshest off-harvest coffees available anywhere on earth. Chiroso is a rare Ethiopian variety that was rediscovered in Antioquia, Colombia. Jorge Elías Rojas is a 4th-generation farmer who has created a lot of success for himself and for others in his community. His experimental processings and fermentations have become a huge hit for those of us who treasure amazing coffee.
