Reminiscent of Welsh Rarebit, the traditional British beer-cheese sauce. Our creamy soup is full of potatoes, carrots, celery, and of course, sharp cheddar cheese and beer! You can keep it vegetarian or add crispy bacon for a delicious twist. Ingredients: Cheddar cheese, beer, butter, wheat flour, milk, onion, garlic, potato, carrot, celery, mustard seed, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, sodium citrate (a salt derived from citrus fruits).
