Kennametal Fan 50 mm Flat Blast Nozzle

The Kennametal FAN-AP is a flat blast nozzle for blasting applications where a wide and evenly distributed blast pattern is required. The flat exit provides uniform distribution of the abrasive, making the nozzle suitable for coating removal, surface preparation and medium-duty blasting on larger surfaces. The FAN-AP is available with either a BP200 SiAlON or tungsten carbide liner. BP200 SiAlON combines high wear resistance with better break resistance than silicon carbide and standard silicon nitride, while remaining considerably lighter than tungsten carbide. Tungsten carbide provides a robust and reliable solution for general industrial use with common mineral abrasives. Both versions feature a polyurethane jacket and polyurethane thread. The FAN-AP is designed for use with a blast hose with an internal diameter of 25 mm (1") and is available with either a 50 mm or 1-1/4" NPSM thread.
