Woven Shawl

Hand-dyed, hand-spun, and hand-woven from our own "Anna," this statement shawl is definitely local. After Todd sheared Anna, her fleece was sorted and washed. Dyed with logwood, indigo, lac, and cochineal over 4 days, the fibre received its striking colour combination. Spun into yarn over 21 days, then the skeins of yarn headed to my shawl loom, handcrafted by Todd. Hours of weaving crafted this one-of-a-kind shawl that will keep the wearer warm for years
