"I Hate You: Mixed Messages" Original - Signed [16x20"]

This is an open edition. All pieces are originals, but may vary slightly from the product photo as they are each done by hand. "Mixed Messages" is a series I started in 2017, and thoroughly explored in 2018, releasing a series of mock greeting cards for Valentine's Day through the LL retail space in Toronto. Each card carried contrasting messages of care, love, disdain, and resentment. This piece is an extension of those old explorations. Executed with acrylic screen printing ink, and acrylic paint on acid-free 140lb / 300 gsm Cold Press watercolour paper, each piece has its own character as subtle variations can happen with each pull, and each pass of the roller.
