The Wheel Shop WTB DX18 Wheel is a rear wheel built around a WTB DX18 double-wall aluminum rim in the 700C/622 size, with a rim brake track and Shimano HG freehub. The rim uses CNC-machined sidewalls and a wear indicator, giving riders a visual check on braking surface wear over time. The rear hub runs on a quick release, hollow CrMo axle with adjustable bearings and 130mm spacing, and quick release skewers are included. Spokes are 14-gauge Sapim stainless steel with brass Polyax nipples, and the wheel is hand-assembled in North America before shipping.
