6.5 % ABV 35 IBU Brilliant golden-amber with good clarity and a persistent off-white head, bright and inviting. Layers of stone fruit, pine, and tropical fruit dominate the palate, with notes of grapefruit, orange marmalade, and passionfruit. A light caramel sweetness from the Crystal Medium and Carahell malts provides balance without overshadowing the hop-forward profile. Moderate bitterness keeps the beer crisp and highly drinkable.
