Atlas Single Origin Coffee — Jason Ross × Middle State

Sweet cream and kiwi up front, with a golden raisin complexity underneath. Washed anaerobic Caturra, red and yellow, from Caranavi, Bolivia, grown at 1,620 meters. Roasted medium-light in Denver by Middle State to keep the fruit forward and the sweetness intact. I've been drinking Middle State's coffee for years, so getting to make one together was a no-brainer. I picked a lot I loved, put my name next to theirs, and named it Atlas after the community we've built together. 12oz (340g), whole bean.
