QPrimer GEL Epoxy

QPrimer GEL Epoxy Two-component epoxy primer. It strengthens the substrate, equalizes its absorbency, and effectively prepares the surface for subsequent finishing layers. Thanks to its high adhesion and consolidating properties, it ensures durability, stability, and better protection against moisture. APPLICATION Primer designed for microcement, concrete, and stone systems on horizontal surfaces. Recommended for use on Granite Grosso epoxy microcement before applying lacquer from the Qsealers line to strengthen and equalize the substrate's absorbency and fill the porosity of the microcement. PROPERTIES very good adhesion to mineral substrates – concrete, microcement, epoxy resin, stone equalizes the absorbency of the substrate strengthens the substrate reduces the absorption of finishing materials, i.e., lacquers, by impregnating and smoothing the surface fills pores up to 3mm APPLICATION Before use, mix the components according to the recommended proportion. The substrate should be clean, dry, degreased, free of dust and loose particles, and smooth surfaces should be properly prepared mechanically. Apply 1–2 coats of Primer Gel Epoxy with a trowel, observing a 12-hour interval between coats (depending on temperature and humidity). After the last coat dries, apply a sealing lacquer from the Qsealers line. Protect the surface from load and dirt for at least 24 hours to ensure proper curing and optimal adhesion. MIXING RATIOS For 1kg of comp. A, there is 0.45kg of comp. B COVERAGE 0.12-0.15kg/m2 per 1 coat, depending on the porosity and absorbency of the substrate. Drying time: 12 hours PACKAGING Qprimer GEL Epoxy epoxy primer is supplied in packages: 14.5kg: comp. A 10kg + comp. B 4.5kg 4.83 kg: comp. A 3.33kg + comp. B 1.5kg STORAGE: Store in the original, tightly sealed container, at a temperature of +10 °C to +30 °C, away from frost, heat sources, and direct sunlight. Use by the indicated expiration date.
