Grass fed Beef Short Rib (quick frozen, un-aged)

Beef Short Rib is a great value cut of beef that looks appealing and tastes delicious. The meat is deeply flavoured and has a texture that contrasts deliciously with the layer of fat as it melts. Short rib is full of marrow and collagen. When it is braised gently it creates a simple, natural sauce. These ribs are cut from un-aged beef and the steaks are quick frozen immediately after they are cut by the butcher in order to minimise the development of histamine. They are packed and frozen within 3 days of slaughter. Each portion is packed in an individual pack. They are suitable if you are following a low histamine diet.
