10 GR With Pepsin One capsule provides 648 mg (10 grains) Betaine Hydrohloride (Equivalent to 30 drops of diluted hydrochloric acid), and 130 mg (2 grains) Pepsin (1:3,000). Directions: Adults, take one (1) capsule with or five minutes after meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
