Ventec 100 Series Controller

The Ventec 100 Series is a thermostatic and rain-sensing controller for automated window ventilation systems, most commonly used with TOPP ACK5 chain window actuators in conservatories, schools, offices, and commercial buildings. The controller monitors both temperature and rainfall, automatically opening windows when the interior becomes too warm and closing them immediately when rain is detected — maintaining comfortable, dry conditions without manual intervention. The flush or surface-mounted housing is suitable for internal installation. A detachable external rain sensor is included and positioned outside to detect rainfall. The built-in 5-minute delay after the rain sensor dries prevents unnecessary repeated opening and closing cycles. Separate user and installer menus allow straightforward initial setup by the installer while keeping advanced settings protected.
