The cooperative manages three mills and partners with Sustainable Management Services to improve quality and yield. Cherries are processed the same-day—depulped, sorted, fermented overnight, washed in fresh river water, and sun-dried. This washed Kenya coffee delivers a bright, complex sweetness with tart tomatillo notes upfront and a lingering monk fruit sweetness that develops through the cup.
