Tavel Rosé Domaine du Moulin Blanc 2022
A Tavel blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Cinsault and 20% white Clairette. 20 year-old vines on average, aging in stainless steel vats during 12 months. An intense, gourmet nose of crushed red berries and wild strawberries. Freshness is enhanced by notes of citrus, verbena and peppermint. On the palate, these notes are repeated, with good volume and a long finish.
