PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW!! Join us for a beautiful mixed media art class where texture, vintage charm, and creativity come together! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create a stunning floral piece featuring thick impasto-style yellow blooms built up with texture paste for a rich raised effect that truly pops off the surface. We’ll layer soft script typography over a distressed whitewashed wood-inspired background, giving your artwork a timeless farmhouse feel. You’ll also learn how to incorporate mixed media embellishments like twine and button accents to add the perfect finishing touch. Using a muted earthy palette of sage greens, creamy whites, and warm golden yellows, this project captures the beauty of rustic cottage style with a touch of vintage elegance. We’ll also explore distressing techniques to achieve that perfectly aged, chippy finish everyone loves. Whether you’re new to mixed media or already love textured art, this class is designed to be fun, relaxing, and full of creative inspiration. Come gather around our tables for an evening of laughter, art, and making something uniquely beautiful to display in your home! All supplies are included. You may bring wine/beer and snacks. Class size minimum is 6 and max is 12 students. Have your Class Card stamped (unless discounted class). Please arrive 10 minutes early and each person present in the studio must have a paid seat.
