The glass cylinder is encased within a dark metal housing, complete with a stepped conical top, decorative ball finials, and a scalloped lower base rim. The lantern assembly hooks onto a curved tubular support arm that projects from a diamond-shaped mounting plate. When lit, the fractured texturing of the crackle glass refracts the light into a textured, amber-toned projection against adjacent surfaces.
