Flexible Cancellation Add-On – Standard ($250 per person) Overview The Flexible Cancellation – Standard Add-On provides clients with the ability to cancel their trip for any reason up to 30 days prior to the scheduled start date, offering added flexibility and peace of mind when planning a trip like the Tour du Mont Blanc. What’s Included: Cancel for any reason up to 30 days before your start date No documentation or insurance claim required Refund processed directly by The Alpine Adventures LLC Refund Terms If you cancel 30 days or more before your trip start date, you will receive: A refund of up to 95% of your total trip cost, less: ○ The $250 per person add-on fee, and ○ Any non-recoverable expenses incurred on your behalf (such as mountain huts, refuges, hotels, luggage transfers, or other third-party services) Refund Cap Protection: In all cases, the total amount retained by The Alpine Adventures LLC (including the add-on fee and any non-recoverable expenses) will not exceed 35% of your total trip cost. Important Notes This add-on is non-refundable Must be purchased before the stated deadline of April 30 the year of your hike Applies only to pre-trip cancellations made 30+ days prior to departure Standard cancellation policies apply within 30 days of departure Travel Insurance Requirement This add-on does not replace travel insurance and does not provide medical or emergency coverage. All clients are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance through a third-party provider that includesmedical coverage for the duration of the trip.
