This Sharpham Brie is luxuriously soft and creamy with a rich, buttery flavour and a delicate bloomy rind, made at the Sharpham Dairy in Devon on the banks of the River Dart. Produced using traditional cheesemaking methods and high-quality local milk, it develops gentle earthy complexity as it ripens while remaining smooth and approachable.
