Quinta de Santiago Vinho Verde 2025

Our platonic ideal of Vinho Verde. Fresh, ever-so-delicately fizzy, and perfectly refreshing. This expression from Quinta de Santiago is 40% Arinto, 30% Trajadura, and 30% Loureiro from a small family winery run by Joanna Santiago following in her grandmother’s footsteps. Their family used to sell almost the entirety of their harvest to the local co-op but Joanna was convinced that they had something special in their vineyards and decided to bottle the wines for their own distribution, and we’re so glad she did! Lovely with summer salads, fried seafood, or just on its own by the pool.
