We will handpick a selection of 4 cheeses, including some absolute classics, some of our newest additions, our personal favourites as well as ones that have surprised us along the cheesy road we find ourselves on. These could be a selection of cow, goat or sheep milk and across the range of cheddars, soft, hard, blues and wash rind cheese.
