In this interactive class, a group of up to four will work together to prepare a full menu featuring slow‑simmered oven-made Sunday Sauce, crispy oven‑baked Ravioli, and decadent Cannoli Cookies. Guided by your instructor, you’ll learn essential techniques—from building rich, layered tomato sauce to folding and baking ravioli to perfection, and finishing with bakery‑style cookies inspired by classic cannoli.
