Methylene Blue 10mg /ml — 5 ml

Methylene Blue 10 mg/mL Injection is a sterile multi-dose injectable solution preserved with 1.2% benzyl alcohol, adjusted to an approximate pH of 5.5. Each mL provides 10 mg methylene blue, benzyl alcohol 12 mg/mL, and sterile water for injection. Estimated osmolarity is ~300 mOsm/L, making it hypotonic. In naturopathic, functional, and integrative medicine, methylene blue is discussed for mitochondrial support, redox balance, cellular energy metabolism, cognitive/neurologic support, antimicrobial/antibiofilm interest, and oxidative stress modulation. These uses are generally off-label and should be restricted to appropriately trained prescribers with screening for drug interactions and contraindications.
