Rubicon 700 & Rincon 680 47% Forged Reduction

The Ultimate Honda 650/680/700 Gear Reduction is built for riders who need a serious gearing upgrade for larger tires, deep mud, technical terrain, and demanding off-road conditions. Unlike other 680cc reductions that simply swap in Honda Big Red UTV gears for a small reduction, this gear set delivers a much more noticeable improvement, helping your Honda turn significantly larger tires with greater control and low-end power. The tooth profile and helical gear mesh have been carefully refined for exceptionally smooth, quiet operation while providing the lower gearing needed for tough riding conditions. Just like our Can Am G3 reduction this chromoly forged and heat-treated gear set is engineered for increased strength, durability, and long-term performance. Fitment: Fits Honda 650, 680, and 700 4x4 ATVs, including Rincon and Rubicon 700 models. These gears are not recommended for the Pioneer 700 UTV. These gears would result in a smaller reduction in the UTV and require additional mods in that transmission. Important Fitment Note: These gears install in the rear of the ATV engine. Professional installation is required. Installation requires very slight clearancing of the transmission case, with less than 1mm of case material removed to fit the larger output gear. This can be achieved using a polishing tool or burr.
