Model 2200 Laner

This stand-alone laning system straddles existing conveyor and efficiently organizes containers into up to eight lanes. Designed for flexibility, it accommodates a variety of container shapes and sizes, including lightweight and unstable products. A version of this laner can easily be integrated into a case packer frame and HMI. Quick changeover in 5 minutes or less. Product clamping controls backpressure to downstream processes. Handles bottles, bundles, and cases with precision. Options: Hybrid: Servo motor driven lane shifter, pneumatic clamping product chute. Supports speeds of 25-100 fpm or up to 100 cpm. Servo Controlled: Servo motor driven lane shifter, servo motor driven chute belts. Supports speeds of 100-150 fpm or up to 350 cpm. Model 2210 Laner: Add an 8 ft piece of conveyor and lane dividers to the stand-alone laner.
