Luna Decaf - Honduras, Swiss Water

Our newest decaf release is from Honduras. We have aimed for maximum sweetness on this coffee, with notes of brownies, milk chocolate, almond, and dates. The body is full and coats your mouth with a lingering sweetness. We have roasted it as an omni roast to allow for both filter and espresso with milk. About the Producers / Sueños de Semilla Honduras The group was started very similar to projects run by semilla in Colombia and Guatemala. Sueños means dreams, and the goal of this project is to realize the dream of purchasing the entire production coffee from the farmers in Honduras. Often there are small lots of coffee that very high scoring but are not large enough on their own for a microlot. All of these smaller lots are combined to create a high quality community blend, which is then shiped to Swiss Water in Delta BC. Decaf processing: This green coffee underwent Swiss Water’s proprietary decaffeination process in Delta BC.
