Equipment needed: Dev Program shirt, Boots, shinpads, water bottle, HAIRBANDS if you have long hair Session length: 75 minutes Session Sizes: Max 8 players per group Location: Cromer High School Grass field (access via Inman road) Cost: $220 ($20×11 weeks) Personalised Dev Program shirt All players are required to wear their personalised dev program shirt. Players will have a choice of name on the back (as long as its appropriate). Players will not have a choice of number as we need everyone’s number to be unique in case we require them to play in a tournament. Support for players wishing to make it to NPL/Representative level If this applies to you then let us know so we can best prepare you and outline a plan of action. We currently have 30-40 individuals involved in trial in rep programs. This is a big achievement considering we are only 1 club and have only been running for 5 years. Graded sessions Where possible we will be splitting the groups to challenge those who need it and provide a better learning environment for those who are earlier on their football journey. This will even better align players with the same skill levels and attitudes. Wash outs As stated above, there is no longer a coupon for washouts. However, if there is an extreme circumstance, say 4 missed sessions in a term then we will work something out whether that’s tournament, make up sessions or a coupon itself Train up an age group? We allow or invite some players to do this but only if they are physically, mentally and technically able to do so. This is revised each term. Can I do multiple sessions? Absolutely! the more players play and train the better they become Risk Waiver Participation in Sport and Recreation programs requires participants to accept the following risk waiver: I agree for me or my child/ward to attend the Centre/Venue and to undertake all activities and/or to participate in the above program. In the case of an emergency, I authorise Collaroy Cromer Strikers staff, where it is impracticable to communicate with me, to arrange for my child/ward to receive such medical or surgical treatment as may be deemed necessary. I also undertake to pay or reimburse costs which may be incurred for medical attention, ambulance transport and medication while my child/ward is attending the Centre/enrolled in the program. I understand that although Collaroy Cromer Strikers and its service providers attempt to minimise any risk of personal injury within practical boundaries, accidents do happen and all physical activities carry the risk of personal injury. I acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of personal injury in physical activities that will be undertaken at the Centre/as part of the program and I accept that risk.
