Soft WW Pullman (V)
A soft wholewheat loaf for our tin loaf collection. Made with organic wheat and wholewheat a bit of raw local honey, peanut butter and extra virgin olive oil following the tangzhong method for a softer crumb. Topped with toasted sesame, which not only add crunchiness but lots of flavor too. It’s a wonderful everyday loaf, ideal for your everyday meals, toasts or sandwiches. Ingredients: organic wheat and wholewheat, sourdough, local raw honey, peanut butter, local olive oil, sesame, water, salt. For allergens see ingredients in bold. Tangzhong is the method followed to make a paste of flour slow cooked in water which causes the starch to galatinize and hold moisture when baked. This improves the texture of bread by adding softness.
