Why call it Shepherdess pie? Because she is a little more complex than her man, the shepherd, and so are sweet potatoes. This is our take on the OG Irish dish “Shepherd’s Pie”, just as delicious but with lots of veggies and mashed cauliflower instead of regular mash.
