Inspired by the iconic Type XIV swords of the 14th century, this third-generation design features a shorter, more agile blade, refined proportions, and upgraded decorative elements that make it an exceptional choice for collectors, historical enthusiasts, and cutting practitioners alike. Compared to our previous Type XIV models, Version 3 adopts a more compact profile with a blade length of 26.8 inches (68 cm), resulting in quicker handling, faster recovery, and excellent maneuverability in one-handed use. The shorter blade retains impressive cutting authority while providing a lively and responsive feel in the hand. The hilt has been enhanced with an elegant carved sweep-style crossguard featuring gold-plated inlays, while the pommel is accented with a decorative brass center plate that adds a distinctive medieval character.
