Rising Loaf Returns! This Time We’re Tackling Flatbreads Rising Loaf is our project funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, where we explore stories of community, culture, and history through different types of bread. So far, we’ve hosted sessions on making Soda Bread, Irish Farls, and Moroccan Msemmen. As we approach summer, we’re bringing you an easy gluten-free flatbread recipe that you can whip up at home to pair perfectly with your favourite summer dishes.
