Class Details 40 Hour approved Michigan Department of Licensing course Classes Start September 17, 2025 First Week: Thu 17th & Fri 18th Second Week: Mon 21st, Tue 22nd, & Wed 23rd Class Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Location: 3000 E Beltline Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 License Requirements Must be at least 18 years old You must have obtained a high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED) Complete 40 hours of an approved pre-license course Successfully pass the Michigan Real Estate Exam (must be completed within one year of passing the pre-license course)
