Sandy Booth, a fruit farmer who transformed his expertise in protected tunnel growing into a new chapter in English viticulture and Swiss oenologist Guillaume Lagger work together here using a low-intervention philosophy that lets the terroir speak for itself. Elegant and refreshing, this crisp white wine opens with delicate notes of rose petal and quince, followed by hints of tropical fruit and a subtle nuttiness. Beautifully balanced, with a bright, fruity finish, it carries the character and charm of the New Forest in every glass.
