Osetra Royale Golden Caviar

One of the rarest classifications of caviar, this golden osetra hails from our partner in Moldova. The luxurious color of this variety follows from years of careful breeding and hand-sorting of the roe once harvested. With only a small percentage of the harvest presenting this tone, it is one we are honored to carry and reserve for special occasions. Similar to our Osetra Royale, this caviar is buttery with a firm pop and balanced salinity. It makes for stunning presentation due to it's unique coloration and is a wonderful option for caviar service or if lining up a tasting. It eats just as well on it's own or with classic accompaniments.
