1970's Ivory Dupioni Silk Suit Ensemble

More Information 1970's Givenchy ivory dupioni silk suit ensemble. Long sleeve off-white collarless crew neck tunic top (approximately hip length) that pairs with straight leg trouser. Top features slits at side seams and visible back button and snap closures, with silk lining. Note that top does have darting in front but could be styled in reverse as desired for open styling. Snap closures between buttons are visible when worn reversibly and opened. Trousers also feature darting at front, with side zip closure. Provenance: from the collection of Mona von Bismarck, American philanthropist, couture fashion collector and socialite. In very good vintage condition with light wear throughout; has been taken to the couture cleaner and arrives ready to wear. Measurements Best fits size US 8.
