Spunk is inspired by the late July blossoms of linden trees in Bushwick, New York: that fleeting urban summer moment when flowers, hot pavement, bodies, chlorine and air conditioning all seem to meet in the same charged atmosphere. Black pepper, pink pepper and pineapple open with a bright, juicy snap: tart, tropical and fizzing at the edges. Linden blossom and hedione bring a soft, humid floral transparency, before the fragrance slips into cashmeran, ambroxan, chlorine and hardwood. The effect is clean but not innocent, musky but not heavy, like skin after the pool, a steam room door opening, and someone beautiful passing close enough to leave a trace. Spunk plays in the space between natural and synthetic, fresh and bodily, sweet and salty, clean and dirty. A soft, sexy, chlorine-laced musk with a wink of pineapple and the heat of summer skin.
