Learn to Sew Workshop (starting 7th October)

Four sessions starting 7th October DETAILS: In these classes you can be a total beginner wanting to learn a new skill or an intermediate, keen sewer who would like to improve your sewing skills. All sessions will give you the opportunity to share ideas and skills in a very relaxed environment. The aim of the classes is for you to gain essential skills needed to make a garment. WHAT’S INCLUDED? All sewing resources, including the use of a sewing machine will be provided including fabric and pattern to make a garment. PRICE: £190 per person NUMBER OF SESSIONS: 4 DATES: Wednesday evenings 5pm – 7pm 7th Oct, 14th Oct, 21st Oct, 28th Oct WHO IS THE CLASS FOR? This workshop is aimed at adults. Beginner / intermediate MAX CLASS SIZE: 4 TUTOR: Michelle is an experienced tutor and lectured in fashion and textiles for 27 years. She has an Honours Degree in Fashion Design from Ravensbourne College of Art and Design and holds a PGCE from the University of Exeter. REFRESHMENTS: Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided at each session. LOCATION: Workshops will be held at Seam Haberdashery, 21 Fore St, Topsham.
