Kumari Gold - Black Tea

This wonderful tea is made with a lot of the fuzzy tips of the unfurled tea leaves which gives it a light, sweet, refreshing, and floral taste. It is less oxidized than many black teas so it is not harsh or sharp and does not get bitter. Just across the border from the famed Darjeeling region of India lies the beautiful country of Nepal. Tea bushes are plentiful there and they grow a wide variety of spectacular teas. This tea comes from Angela's friends at the Nepal Tea Collective.
