About the Winery / Producer / Region Jasper Hill is one of Heathcote’s landmark family owned wineries, established by Ron and Elva Laughton in the 1970s. The original Georgia’s Paddock Shiraz vines were planted in 1975, with later plantings added in 1987. The vineyard is dry grown and farmed with a strong focus on soil health, low yields and site expression.
