A very long-fiber ABS-GF for your Two Step Process needs! Quick Info: Fills: 15% GF, 10% Mineral Filler for .1% shrinkage in 30c ambient! Quantity: 1KG Material: ABS-MD-GF Diameter: 1.75mm Print Temperatures: 250-310C (Recommended 280c+) Bed Temperatures: 70-100C Heated Chamber Recommended - 50-80C, but will print easily far lower due to low shrinkage Comes on a high-temperature spool - will survive drying at recommended drying temps This is a special, extremely low warp blend, it's been printed open air! Special Formula out of the RacoonWorks, this ABS is sure to delight with its easy-to-print nature, high flow, and beautiful color! Due to the fibers in this filament, we recommend using a .6mm nozzle, with .5mm being the absolute smallest size. We recommend drying this filament before printing with it. Special Notes: Don't sand this material without proper ventilation and PPE. Fillers may irritate lungs when made airborne. Appearance notes: The material is made with ultra-long-aspect ratio glass fibers, resulting in a very textured appearance on the spool. This is a byproduct of how the fibers interact during the filament extrusion process (and was specifically tuned for best layer bonding) & isn't detrimental to the final part produced.
