Reefton Distilling Co. offer a selection of small batch, slow macerated fruit liqueurs that capture all the luscious nostalgia of fresh New Zealand fruit in a single bottle. Sweet, but not too sweet, these richly coloured liqueurs overflow with pure fruit flavour and concentrated joy. Local spray-free West Coast Tayberries are set to steep in our Wild Rain Vodka before being strained, and infused with Rata honey, cloves and fresh Lemon peel. Serving Suggestion: Delicious mixed with soda or Prosecco, poured neat over ice, or added in generous splashes to our Little Biddy Gin and Champagne cocktails. Note: this is a natural product therefore some sediment may form over time from the fresh fruit.
