Bold, rich and full of fruit, our 2021 Mt. Veeder Estate Cabernet Sauvignon stunningly showcases its unique hillside terroir. Rather dark in profile, with blackberry and boysenberry reduction notes wrapped in apple wood and licorice snap. The long, tarry finish offers cut and energy to match its density. The fruit flirts with heady, but the structure is so strident that it keeps this harnessed. Best from 2026 through 2037. 520 cases made.
