Brahmaputra Green

Brahmaputra Green is a bold expression of Assam's terroir made from grass-fed cow's milk and aged for six months, the wheels are hand-pressed with organic green tea leaves, which leave a delicate vegetal mosaic on the natural rind. On the palate, expect a buttery, slightly sweet paste with flavours of toasted grain, mild nuttiness, and a long finish that carries subtle vegetal and umami depth from the tea. Pair with a dry Riesling or light Pinot Noir.
