With each sip, the past whispers forward as two hearts choose to begin again. This elegant blush blend draws from vineyards in Sonoma County, with complementary fruit from Mendocino County and Napa Valley. Crafted from 85% Pinot Noir, 10% Grenache, and 5% Zinfandel. Each lot was whole-cluster pressed and fermented separately in stainless steel at cool temperatures, then master-blended for ideal color, balance, and acidity. In the glass, a luminous salmon-pink hue reveals aromas of strawberry, tangerine, and ripe red apple, accented by delicate notes of nectar and subtle tropical fruit.
