At its core is a full-flat ground CTS® BD1N stainless steel blade measuring approximately 3.58″, delivering dependable cutting performance, corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance. The blade geometry provides strong slicing capability and reliable edge strength, making it suitable for a wide range of everyday cutting tasks. The handle is constructed from fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN) with a pebbled texture for enhanced grip security. Internally, nested skeletonized stainless steel liners provide structural reinforcement and support the Compression Lock® mechanism, ensuring strong and reliable blade lockup during use. The ergonomic handle shape maintains the comfortable radiused design of the original Shaman while reducing overall weight by approximately nine percent.
