INGREDIENTS Chicken Breast Fillet (68%), Flour (WHEAT), Water, Starch (Corn), Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Red Pepper Powder, Natural Flavour (Turmeric, Capsicum), Vegetable Oil (Sunflower, Palm), Paprika Red, Sugar, Raising Agent (Disodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate E339ii, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate E500i), Thickener (Starch Acetate E1420), Yeast Extract, Black Pepper, Paprika Powder, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Bicarbonate E500, Sodium Citrate E331), Stabilizer (Sodium Tripolyphosphate E450), Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide E551). ALLERGY ADVICE: For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS Deep Fry: From Frozen – Preheat Oil to 170oC Place frozen product in the oil, being careful not to overload fryer. Fry for 4-6 minutes. Oven : From Frozen: 200oC / Fan 180oC / Gas 6 Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven for approximately 16-18 minutes turning half way through cooking. For best results always cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. PRECAUTIONS: All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check food is cooked thoroughly and piping hot throughout before serving. Although every care has been taken, some bones may still remain. STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Keep frozen at -18'c or cooler. If product has thawed do not refreeze.
