Constance Private Coaching

Constance has invested heavily in coaching. Through both her speech and debate club and private lessons, she has worked with students at many different levels, helping them grow not only in competitive success but also in character. She watches her students’ rounds, provides tangible feedback, runs drills, and provides techniques for improving content and delivery. Constance has spent the past three years competing at NITOC and will be returning for her fourth season, with experience across ten different national events. She has won multiple tournaments in debate and various speech events. She was a 2025 NITOC Apologetics finalist and is currently ranked in the top 25 overall and in speech points. With over 60 top-three placements in her speech and debate events, Constance is versatile. By competing in a wide range of events, she has developed the ability to adapt to different judges, styles, and expectations while maintaining consistency at a high level. Constance is quick to develop your ability to consistently break to out rounds. If your track record is unpredictable, she’ll speak to any gaps and level up your strengths. Constance has helped seven students break for the first time… after just one coaching session! One of Constance’s best events is slam poetry. Most coaches have never competed in slam, as it is a new event, so she provides a specific advantage in this area. Shaped by Romans 12:11, “Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord”, Constance challenges students to care about what they are saying, not just how they say it. Her goal is to raise up speakers who are grounded in truth and posses an eagerness to share their faith with those around them.
