The Noemi Lash Dye is a hybrid tint optimized specifically for lashes — gentler, more pigmented, with shades and consistency designed for lash work. While it can also be used on brows, the formulation is tailored for lash applications. Different from the multi-purpose Hybrid Cream Dye and Hybrid Gel Dye, which are designed equally for brows and lashes. Available in 5 lash-friendly shades, including custom tones like Blue Night and Burgundy that add unexpected depth on the right client. Apply to lashes (or brows) and leave on for 5–15 minutes — reduce to 5 minutes when applying after a lash lift, since the hair is already opened up and absorbs color faster.
