Bali Blue
This organic coffee is med-dark roasted with a dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar profile. It comes from smallholder farmers in Kintamani, Bali, Indonesia, at altitudes of 1200-1600 M, using the Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties.
